February 1Oth 2OO5 the band JeSo released their first album, "Bodies".

JeSo consists of composer and musician Jesper Ørberg and visual artist and

singer Sophie Hjerl.

After having worked together for many years with videoart, installations, and

music, they have now found a

purely musical expression.

JeSo work with the voice as a body, a sculpture being unfolded in space,

resting in the music, which runs in a

rhytm of time.

In September 2OO3 JeSo gave a concert at the opening of an exhibition at the

Gallery Stargazer in Genève,

Switzerland.

JeSo played at Copenahgen Jazzfestival in 2OO4 and 2OO5 in Kongens Have accompanied by guitarist Jørgen Teller, who is to join the next album.
